    • Why SEnewss unsubscribed me from you for like 2 years

    • Sport package 6 cylinder cars aren't worth that much, sorry to say. I could never see 20 for it, maybe 12k.

    • Be donating after work it a great charity

    • What rare is in this car? In europe this spec cost 1500 - 4000 $. Thats just regular car

    • He’s my friend’s dad. Crazy seeing the e39 in this video!

  • The water was planted from Sweden. 🥳

  • You guys just messed up a perfectly good car with many problems. Should have just told the old owner that he didn't take care of it at all. Then set it on fire.

  • Smoking crack.

  • welding a bolt on the bolt and wrench it of

  • I’d take an M5 over that anyway

  • Bmw420😂💪🤙

  • This is awesome!!!

  • Shane!! use earprotection.... or you are gonne regret!!

  • *Listen I knew a guy who bought a JDM legacy RS 1990 off GM* *The general bought it and shipped to USA where it was stripped down the same as Sam's BMW then 3 years later it got sent to England and then sold with other cars GM had done the same with*

  • "It's a BMW 420 bro" 😂😂😂

  • I enjoy this video alot good stuff man, love it! AND i hate BMW STILL GOOD VIDEO

  • Alex that was awesome, samcrac next you giving out something exceptional e40 something I'm here 😉

  • Couldnt of you just weld a socket to the bolt and extract it?

  • This car is a piece of junk , in europe is 500 euros

  • Yeah Man Rastaman ✊🏾🇯🇲🇪🇹

  • I’ll come pick it up and you can give him my check for $5,000

  • Dudes voice is deeper than the Marianas trench.

  • Cut them flat and start drilling them dead center . Start with a small drill bit and keep stepping up the drill bit size as you go until right before the threads.then whack it with a hammer on the side and the whole thing will cave in. Buy new bolts put anti seize and done.

  • I got a case of the clap for free once.

  • Bolt extraction: take a fullt charged car battery, connect the + to the stud the - to the block. Let the stud get red hot, i mean glowing hot, disconnect the battery, take a vice grip and it will come right out. I use this trick for broken of exhaust manifold bolts. Same problem, steel bolt aluminium block.

  • Who knew that BMW came with it's on ballast.

  • What a cool guy! Thats a beautiful whip.

  • Dont u Americans know what an inductionheater is? That shit will come loose like nothing with one of those

  • I wouldn't take a BMW for free. Fun to watch

  • Heat. That really is the answer. Cut off the bolt, drill it, heat it, then shoot compressed CO2 from a can turned upside down into the cavity and the bugger should come out with little fuss.

  • samcrac is going to become the BMW Rescue guy.

  • Normally I’d say “show some mechanical sympathy” but this is a BMW. Hurt it some more! Hit it again, hit it again!

  • I need a car to drive to work in donate that to me please

  • Heat it up and then spray with Liquid Wrench or any penetrant (works for me)!!

  • Is Cory Chase cool in person?

  • 20k USD for 530i wow, finally is something much much cheaper than in USA :D in Europe price is between 2-4k eur :D

  • Awesome cause

  • Absolutely awesome!

  • I have this exact color combination on my '03 530 Sport BUT now I'm glad I have a slush-box...

  • those drill holes all for sensor probes - hmm what will happen if BMW hear about this espionage by Volvo looooooool - yes my breddah original yard man can deal wid de problem truss - dont discount what the Rastaman is saying 0 we know an old 70 year old greek guy who does the same swaps transmissions on the floor on a hill in the snow - was laughing at me when i was using engine crane - drop the trans mission on his chest and rolls it off 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  • thought its m5, but nope, just standard , not even close to 5k worth :D

  • Surely it's a steel bolt in an aluminium housing. Great think you are doing for charity Sam.

  • Complete CCV replacements are common necessities of maintanance repait. Use qualitt parts is my suggestion. Also a general coolant system refresh to inclyde some of the plastic coolant parts. Also normal maintanance repairs. There will be upto 5 areas of the secondary air pump syste of which any 1 to all 5 areas of that system. Also normal. Valve cover and gasket replacement or if lucky, atleast the gasket set. When you replace the CCV system, do it with the intake off. While it is off, clean the oil dip stick tube completly as it will have moisture (water) mixed in the oil. Also normal. Oh... Don't forget to verify the DISA valve is fully functional while you have it out.

  • Heat the case with a torch and cool the shank with the liquid from canned air duster (Use a bit of tin foil or paper to direct the liquid to cool only the shank). Use a pipe wrench or some other positive grip wrench.

  • I've had luck removing broken studs with a chipmunk, but make sure it's a chipmunk with a bad attitude. A friendly chipmunk won't get it done.

  • cars might be a pain in the arse to fix but you have a great channel with fascinating content and a super step mum, i do live in fear that you are on her videos. ;)

  • could also have been a title wash with the sweden thing

  • Weld a Nut on the end of those bolts not some dipshit reverse torx Dealer dont want you working on the car BS, break out the impact and go to town.

  • Big Money Waisted

  • My 2 cents on removing the stuck studs. Being from Minnesota, where we have major rust, I would start by spraying it with pb blaster or home made rust penetrant. Reapply often for several days if possible, or at least overnight. Try to remove but be careful not to break. I like impacts, but be careful not to give it to much if you have a high torque impact. Next heat. Studs almost red hot an slow to cool. The heat and the cooling will free some of the rust. Be careful not to apply to mush heat to the aluminum housings. Multiple cycles of heat and penetrant if needed. Next step is a high torque impact. The impact will work better than a breaker bar in freeing the stuck stud. Now if you break a stud. Carbide bits for Dremel or drills works best on harden steel. You can use a bolt with a hole drilled in the center of it if the stud breaks off deep in the hole as a guide to not damage a hole.

  • Imma need her 😉❤️

  • here's the reason for the pinholes and the rest :) What the seller/donor of the car is saying must be true I work the car industry (in development) and the car must have been used by Volvo for benchmarking (it's basically when a manufacturer is having a look what the others are doing), and when you do that you basically measure pressures and temperatures in key points of the powertrain, and also take samples of the exhaust gas in key points as well. the "weird stuff" seen on the car are clear signs of it: through the hole in the oil-dipstick (with help of thermoelements) you measure the oil temperature, through the holes in the intake manifold - the intake temperature, and through the welded connectors on the exhaust line gas was sampled (I bet they put both upstream and downstream the catalyst, by comparing the chemical analysis of the gas before and after you see what the catalyst is doing). After the benchmarking is done, usually the car is either scrapped or sold for peanuts...

  • Lol here in France this would be a 4000e car

  • A little BMW hack. You can often get a lot of those hard to get etorx bolts with a ratcheting wrench. Like for the oil filter housing gasket on the e92 335i a 8mm ratcheting wrench will work and save you a bunch of time

  • Me in the Netherlands.. i can send alot of Manual E39s haha. Lets start a business.

  • Champing

  • Uhhh, a manual 530i MSport is rare? I've had a couple of these already, both silver.

  • All that water is more weight you're carrying around

  • At about 17:58, I thought "Take On Me" was about to start playing.

  • Here down in EU you can get it from 500usd to 5-8k of it can go more if car have low mileage, Msport or no etc. Just realized this is my 3.video in a row. You should do only BMW and stick to old school ❤️

  • its worth 4k max

  • Very interesting and cool car (and story around it) AND I'm totally in for a single ticket to help the cause! (Aaaaand I bought a Carly OBD2 scanner using your code!)

  • The e39 is the best 5 series. I always wanted one. And I had e12, e28 and e34. My favorite is still the e28 though. But the most desirable would be an e39 528i manual. This engine is the best for a regular guy. Apart from the e39 m5. Btw I am from Munich :-)

  • It's hilarious how in the US BMW's and manual transmissions are considered something special. Here manual is normal and auto is the rare option and BMW's are everywhere.

  • Jesus what a great design that allows 8 cubic gallons of water to build up inside each door. Gotta love those German cars

  • After giving u the awesome car, and helping u fix it, he should be awarded a POV night out with step mom.

  • hand held induction heat coil loop the heating coil around bolt and fire it up red hot and wd40/ repeat multiple times and back the bolt out slowly

  • Thats an awesome car

  • BMW 420 😂😂

  • Alex did make one demand. Step mother needs to come over regularly.

  • Heat on the threaded boss then spray freeze the bolt, shocks them free

  • I guess they see you as a car collector

  • Lol he gave you that car cuz he doesent wanna deal with the hassle of fixing it and he’s rich so he doesent care for a few grand, same for the other 335 owner

  • Love it, pay if forward as they say, good things happen to good people.

  • Love the vid but there something really wierd with the sound.

  • Jesus. This channel gets worse and worse

  • That's like a 2 grand car where I'm at

  • does icarly works or cla 35 and rs6 c8 Samcrac?

  • In Europe this is really a completely normal car. Do you guys in the U.S. don’t have manuals anymore or why do you call it rare. In our family we have 3 BMW cars and 1 BMW Motorcycle, all with manual transmission and 2 of the cars have a sunroof. If you want manual cars you have to import them. But it’s a really great video. This is a clean BMW.

  • Looks like Volvo was performing some REVERSE ENGINEERING on this vehicle. With more proprietary scanners and tools only available at dealerships, repairing gas cars will become more difficult and costly. Once all the EV’s start showing up, good luck on repairing many gas cars of the future. With Euro 6 and soon Euro 7 emissions too costly to repair.

  • Dude.. this shitbox will never bring you more than 7k. Be realistic, 20k😂

  • Send back some of the profits to him when your done and sold

  • They give you a free car. Obviously they are hoping for a meet and greet with your step Mom.

  • Weld a nut to the studs and then unscrew. Easiest place to start at least.

  • I'm surprised I was gazing through the rules and it says there is no entry limit

    • The best practice is to cover intake ports towels to prevent dirt, debris, or metal from coming into them... Since you are using a hack saw! @samcra

  • Is he done crying about the porno step mom

  • Weld a nut on the broken stud, does two things, give a good grip for a socket, second the heat will help with breaking it loose.

  • Very interesting video Sam.

  • Broken/Seized Bolts Tip - Heat and wax. If you heat the area in the housing around the broken bolt and then press a crayon or candle to the treads the heat will pull the wax into the treads and with your extractor it should come out easily. This works like a champ with rusty nuts and bolts. I haven’t tried it with aluminum bolts seized in an iron block but it’s easy enough to try.

  • All you had to do was put some heat on those bolts, woulda come right out

  • Next episode, I got stuck in my stepmom

  • Great idea to raffle the car for such a worthy charity. Good job Sam.

  • Bruh I want someone to give me a 335i. Sam please

  • 👍 My 3 year old went through fetal surgery for Spina Bifida, allowing him to walk on his own now with a prior prognosis of being paralyzed waste down. Awesome cause your are supporting. You have my entry and my wife has shared it on a private spina bifida page for more traffic!

  • Yeah Man Rastaman ✊🏾🇯🇲🇪🇹

  • Hell, I'll take it!

  • Enough heat will take out any stuck bolt. Trust me I live in the Rusty Salt Belt.

  • Oh my god it has after market head lights. That's the worst you can do to an e39 :-(

  • Nice one Sam from one of your followers from across the pond.

  • The best practice is to cover intake ports towels to prevent dirt, debris, or metal from coming into them... Since you are using a hack saw! @samcra

  • My grandma died from spina bifida, don't have much money but donated $20 to help the young man. 🙏

  • For those studs if they are long enough cut a slot in them big enough for a flat head bit and hit them with an impact driver

  • This is called BMW Individual package iirc. rare and solid!

  • not me wishing wining this car
